All results are reported in US Dollars under accounting principles generally accepted in the United States of America (US GAAP). Stockhouse(R) revenues for the second quarter of 2008 were $3.3 million, a decrease of 12 percent year-over-year. Six month revenues were $6.8 million, unchanged from the six months ended June 30, 2007. The Company had an EBITDA loss of $1.7 million and net loss of $2.8 million for the quarter. The net loss included non cash write offs of goodwill and intangible assets amounting to $0.8 million. The Company used $1.1 million cash in operations during the quarter and ended the quarter with $3.5 million cash on hand.
